Returns and Refund Policy

At Arvalo Tours, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refunds and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.

Return Process

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is eligible.

  4. You must ship the item back to the address provided within 5 business days of receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Arvalo Tours is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received.

  • Refunds will be issued through the method agreed upon via email during the return approval process (excluding original shipping fees).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • To request an exchange, contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Used, worn, or altered items

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Gift cards or promotional items
